Rachel graduated from the University Of Washington School Of Law in 2001. She worked as an attorney with Columbia Legal Services in the Tri-Cities and Olympia for six years, representing and empowering women in protection order and family law matters. Additionally, Rachel practiced in the areas of worker protections and legislative advocacy on behalf of farm workers. She helped develop best practices trainings for attorneys and others working with interpreters. Rachel is excited to be practicing immigration law, helping people find the best route to safety and permanence in their adopted homeland.

Prior to her legal career, Rachel worked in publishing (she co-founded Seal Press), community organizing, and women’s mountaineering and leadership. Rachel volunteers with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, and is a co-founder and board member of the SOGILI Section of WSBA. Rachel also serves as a foreclosure mediator under Washington’s groundbreaking Foreclosure Fairness Act, and as a mediator with Rainbow Mediation Services and Thurston County Dispute Resolution Center.

Rachel and her partner are fortunate and very proud to be parenting two amazing boys.


Legal Assistant


Teresita Stafford is from Mazatlan, Mexico and she has been a Legal Assistant at Seifert Law Offices since May 2006. She also worked at Seifert Law Offices in 2002. Prior to that, she worked in different fields such as Public Relations and as a translator/interpreter for the medical and legal fields. She graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. Teresita enjoys meeting, talking with, and helping people.

At Seifert Law Offices, she most enjoys the contact with clients from all over the world, the privilege of hearing their personal stories, and sharing in client’s challenges and successes.

RebeccaFullerLegal Assistant


Rebecca Fuller has been a Legal Assistant at Seifert Law Offices since February 2011. She graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Spanish Literature and a Graduate Certificate in Translation. She hopes to pursue a Masters in Public Administration this fall.

Rebecca traveled extensively and lived in Mexico for many years.  She has worked as an interpreter, an English and Spanish teacher, making and selling jewelry, and a theatrical fire performer. She loves traveling, meeting people, and experiencing different cultures. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and practicing yoga. As well as pursuing her educational goals, she also hopes to surf more and become an aerialist.

At Seifert Law Offices she enjoys assisting clients in their immigration procedures and although challenging, she finds her work to be very rewarding.

Jane Villanueva

Legal Assistant


Jane is originally from Central WA and moved to Olympia in 2009 with her husband Mario. She has been a Legal Assistant for Seifert Law Offices since May of 2012.

She previously served as the Chancellor and Executive Administrator for the Yakima Diocese. She is also the Owner/Operator of Villanueva Enterprises, Ltd. Jane attended Yakima Valley Community College and Central WA University majoring in Business Administration. She currently serves as a Board Member for Heritage University that is located in the Lower Yakima Valley and is a past Board Member of Proyecto CIELO, a local community based non-profit that serves the Latino community in the South Sound area. She also coordinates Hispanic Ministry for St. Michael Church in Olympia. She enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting her six children and six grandchildren. She enjoys working at Seifert Law Offices because of the wonderful and challenging opportunity to serve a diverse population with their immigration needs.

Sarah Purce is a graduate of American University Law School.  She worked with us as an associate attorney from 2009 to 2011.
