Beatriz is a licensed attorney from El Salvador with over four years of experience working with U.S.-based immigration law firms. As a native Spanish speaker, she brings strong bilingual communication skills and a client-centered approach. Throughout her career, Beatriz has served as an Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, and Case Manager, developing comprehensive experience in immigration case preparation and client support from initial intake through filing with USCIS. She has worked on a wide range of immigration matters, including adjustment of status, naturalization, family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, waivers, asylum, and other USCIS applications and petitions. Her experience includes client intake and onboarding, case management, document collection and review, immigration form preparation, evidence organization, drafting supporting documents and cover letters, bilingual client communication, and monitoring cases to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. She is passionate about immigration law and committed to helping clients navigate complex legal processes with clarity and compassion.

I am an attorney with over 5 years of experience working as a Paralegal in immigration matters. Working at Seifert Law Offices is fulfilling, as it allows me to take on challenging immigration cases while offering meaningful support to our clients. In my free time I love reading novels. My favourite hobby is doing embroidery.
Hello! I’m Lhuisaid Borjas. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and hold a degree in Modern Languages with a specialization in Business. I have over six years of experience working in U.S. immigration law, along with experience in case and team management, IT management, workflow development, and process optimization. I enjoy combining my immigration experience with my interest in technology and organization to find better and more efficient ways of managing cases, improving workflows, and supporting the team. Working at Seifert Law has been a wonderful experience that has allowed me to continue growing professionally while being part of a team that genuinely cares about helping individuals and families navigate their immigration journey.
I work closely with Lisa and our legal team to coordinate consultations, onboarding, case communication, scheduling, billing, and the day-to-day administrative work that helps keep each matter organized and moving forward. I have five years of experience working with immigration law firms. Having been born in Venezuela to Italian immigrant parents, I have a personal connection to the immigration experience. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and outside of work I am a musician who plays several instruments and also practice mixed martial arts (MMA).
I’m a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist with experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, email marketing, and digital communication. I combine creativity and strategy to create engaging content, build strong digital presences, and bring ideas to life through visual and written storytelling. Beyond my professional work, I’m an artist, dancer, singer, and actress. Creativity has always been an important part of my life and a big part of who I am. Through the arts, I explore different ways to express myself, tell stories, and connect with others.
