These O-1 and P-1 visas are mainly for artists & musicians or anyone in any creative field. We offer these services to those who fit those specifications or for those who want to hire foreign guest services. Whether you're a painter, musician, and more—-arts is defined as "any field of creative activity or endeavor such as, but not limited to, fine arts, visual arts, culinary arts, and performing arts."

Our lawyers work to evaluate how an artist's personal backgrounds and skills fulfill the specific qualifications required for either of these visas.

We are now offering this service because of my own personal passions! I am a musician myself, and I have friends and contacts from other countries who have been through many challenges in this area, and I want to help them if we can.

Who would need an O-1 Visa or P-3 Visa?Let's say someone is a film director. If they've won countless awards in their home country and have never been to the United States—can they still qualify for a Visa? Do they need a sponsor? What are those requirements? Can they come alone?

These are the sort of situations, and questions individuals who need O-1 or P-1 may be facing.

O-Visa

O-1 visas are for those with extraordinary abilities in the arts; musicians, artists, social media influencers, and more. If someone is coming to the United States to perform or participate in a creative endeavor, they would most likely fall into this category.

P-Visa

If someone is a culturally unique performer, these individuals qualify for a P-3 visa. These people are genuinely distinguished and recognized in their native country and have proven credentials in their field.

More about the process

The processing time for these visas depends. Immigration has standard processing timelines, which are usually 6-8 months. Alternatively, an employer can ask for premium processing—which is an additional (and substantial) fee.There are currently no set limits to the number of these visas approved yearly. Because of this, data for these are typically not reported annually.
